Looking ahead one year, what would we like to see?

 

• Stability in the management team at Oakwood

• Twenty-five new faces (new members/associates, etc.)

• Very successful annual appeal

• Continual stream of bequests

• Well thought-out ministry related to immigration

• Articulated ministry outreach in Canada (beyond the two schools)

• Easy flow of communication between Network schools and between
Society and schools

• Increasing our use of our resources on an international level
for mission

• Movement in our relationship with our sisters in Latin America

• Next steps in our commitment to collaboration (AASH, schools,
associates, collaborators)

• Developing a new strategic plan

• Implementing the Conference on Sacred Heart Education

• Implementing a new way of organizing ourselves

• Pulling in the members “on the fringes”

• Increasing the engagement of the members 65 and under

• Putting some more resources into formation
